It's not a meaningful movie, and it has no intellectual content, however it's great for an evening of simple amusement! These books used to make my friend and I laugh for hours, and the movie is just as great (Seriously, I got my mom to watch it and even she enjoyed it!)! The language used is especially entertaining (nunga nungas, fabbity fab fab, and away laughing on a fast camel are a few of my favorites). Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison is about Georgia, a fourteen year old girl navigating the mayhem that is being a teenage girl. Everything from boys and kissing to crazy family members and friends are brought up in this journal-style book.
I have decided to share my love for this series by doing a giveaway! One lucky winner will receive a copy of the book and the DVD (Both of which are in lightly used condition, considering it's all I can afford. They're both still in awesome shape)!
